BIM DESIGN

Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology is the most promising area in construction industry, that allows for assurance of projects implementation at the whole new level. The company employs a large team of qualified specialists who develop intelligent 3D models of objects and support projects at all stages of their implementation.

BIM advantages:

• During design, the Customer sees how the future facility is modelled in 3D, and can work on modifications rapidly
• Line chart of work execution is integrated with the model for accurate control of construction terms
• Specifications and estimations are created with a computer accuracy, based on the appearance model, human errors are minimized
• Works, equipment and materials rates, agreed with the Customer, are entered into the model and associated with specifications and bill of quantities elements
• Completion certificates, downloaded from the model, are agreed fast, ensuring continuous funding and scheduled construction terms
• All documentation is transferred to the operations department as a digital twin, ensuring fast acceptance of constructed facility and further high-quality operatio
