Dubna-M Data Center Commissioned
The company Open Technologies Engineering has completed construction and commissioned the Dubna-M data center in the Moscow region. The facility’s designed capacity is 40 MW, with a total capacity of 2,000 IT racks.
In mid-March, the second phase of the data center successfully passed testing and received Tier III certification from the Uptime Institute for fault tolerance. The first phase was also certified by the Uptime Institute in the autumn of last year.

The investor and developer of the project is the MonArch Group, while the design and construction were carried out by Open Technologies Engineering.
The engineering infrastructure of the facility has been implemented in accordance with high reliability and fault tolerance requirements. The power supply system is organized with redundancy, including independent power sources, guaranteed and uninterruptible power supply systems, as well as diesel generator units. Cooling is provided through air conditioning systems with hot aisle containment and integration with chiller equipment, ensuring stable operation under high load density.
The CEO of Open Technologies Engineering noted: “Dubna-M Data Center is one of the largest in our portfolio, demonstrating that we, as a company, are ready to deliver high-capacity projects with complex engineering architecture.”
