Key Point Group Takes Over Operations of the Dubna-M Data Center
Key Point Group has assumed operations and service management of the Dubna-M data center in the Moscow Region — a large commercial data center with a total power capacity of 40 MW, including 24 MW of IT load, and accommodation for 2,000 IT racks. The data center is certified by Uptime Institute at Tier III level (Design Documents and Constructed Facility).
The Dubna-M data center is fully ready for customer deployments.

The facility was designed and constructed by Open Technologies Engineering. The project was developed and financed by MonArch Group. Following commissioning, infrastructure management and operational activities have been transferred to the Key Point Group team.
The transition of the data center to Key Point Group’s management is part of the development of the company’s new product, DCManagement 360 — a comprehensive data center management model covering the full spectrum — from technical operations to commercial and business management, including customer relations and sales organization.
Key Point Group invites customers to visit the facility with deployments available from April 3, 2026.

The DCManagement 360 model enables not only stable operation of engineering infrastructure, but also the establishment of a fully integrated operational model for the data center — including SLA control, process management, customer interaction, and commercial capacity utilization.
The Key Point Group team has extensive hands-on experience in managing and operating commercial data centers and ensuring their uninterrupted performance. Currently, Key Point Group operates data centers within a regional network with a total capacity exceeding 2,000 IT racks. The team’s expertise covers both technical operations and the development of operational processes in line with Uptime Institute industry standards and the domestic data center operations classification model.
