CEO of Open Technologies Engineering, Evgeny Virtser, took part in a plenary session dedicated to modern challenges in the data center sector. During the discussion, experts analyzed pressing industry issues, including innovative approaches to data center design, the prospects for cloud technology development in the region, and the risks and opportunities for commercial data centers.

In his presentation, Evgeny Virtser explored key aspects of the strategic choice between building an in-house data center and leasing ready-made infrastructure. Special attention was paid to the analysis of economic indicators, security requirements, and scalability prospects under different IT infrastructure models.
