For the second year in a row, Open Technologies Engineering has been ranked among Russia's best employers

The RBC Best Employers Rating is one of the largest projects focused on corporate culture and personnel management in Russia. This year marks the fourth time the study has been conducted, encompassing 381 companies with nearly 4 million employees. Interest in the rating has grown significantly compared to last year — the number of participants has almost doubled.

Experts evaluated companies based on more than 40 metrics, grouped into five key categories:

• Working conditions and employee care;
• Social responsibility;
• Business efficiency and innovative development;
• Corporate reputation;
• Employee feedback.

Special attention was given to internal evaluations — over 150,000 employees from participating companies took part in the study, and their opinions directly influenced the final results.

Based on these criteria, Open Technologies Engineering has once again been recognized as one of the country's top employers for the second consecutive year. This confirms that the company is moving in the right direction.
