Open Technologies Engineering took part in the Data Center Design & Engineering Forum

On May 20, during the Data Center Design & Engineering Forum held in Moscow, Evgeny Virtser, CEO of Open Technologies Engineering and founder of Key Point Group, participated in the panel discussion «Made in Russia: No Compromise».

Industry experts examined critical aspects of developing domestic data center equipment production. Special focus was given to state support initiatives that could strengthen Russian manufacturers' market positions.

One of the main topics was the creation of guaranteed demand mechanisms, including long-term contracts and market expansion. The role of independent testing laboratories was also discussed as a critical element in ensuring the quality of Russian-made solutions.

At the same time, experts emphasized that import substitution must not lead to lower standards — replacement products should meet the highest requirements.
