We are thrilled to share some exciting news: our company has been listed as a finalist in HeadHunter's prestigious employer ranking!

Out of over 5,000 participating companies, 1,729 made it to the finals.

This annual employer ranking is compiled based on key factors that make companies attractive to work for: an evaluation of internal HR practices, an eNPS (Employer Net Promoter Score) survey, a job seeker survey, and feedback from former employees.

Open Technologies Engineering secured the 309th position in our category, placing us among Russia’s top 600 companies. This achievement reflects our commitment to sustainable development, employee well-being, and our goal to be a reliable partner for every professional.
